What is the minimum age requirement to join your gym?
We don’t currently offer group classes for younger kids, but if you’re interested in kids’ boxing, please contact us. We have specialized coaches who can discuss personal training options for kids and youth.
What is the class schedule?

Do you offer personal training?

Do I need any prior experience to join?
No prior experience is needed! Our classes cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced boxers. Our coaches will guide you through the basics and help you progress at your own pace.
How do I wrap my hands?
Hand wrapping is essential for protecting your hands and wrists. Our coaches will show you how to wrap your hands properly during your first class, or you can arrive a bit early, and we’ll help you get set up.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
What if I can’t keep up during the class?
Don’t worry! Our classes are designed to be scalable for all fitness levels. You can take breaks as needed, and our coaches will offer modifications to ensure you’re comfortable and getting the most out of your workout.
Do you offer advanced or competitive boxing classes?
We do not, but we offer personal training with boxing techniques.
